Moms2B

Moms2B is a nutritional intervention to address food insecurity with pregnant women. The program includes a weekly session of education for participants.

What is the intiatiave?
The first year aim is to recruit and sustain 24 pregnant women from the Weinland Park neighborhood in Columbus. Current grant funding is being sought to expand to the Near East side and to include fathers.

How do we measure our impact?
We track the women who are enrolled in the program and monitor participation at weekly sessions.

Why is this important?
Moms2B provides opportunities to improve birth outcomes and reduce infant deaths.
